Due to the significant artisan labor and 3D modeling costs incurred once production begins, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after the modeling process has started.2. Quality Guarantee: We only offer free replacements if the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at hello@soulpawry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.3. Production Time: By purchasing, you acknowledge that bespoke creation takes 3-4 weeks before shipping.
